Asian Jerky | Commercial Dehydrators

This jerky has a touch of ginger and sesame for an Asian flavor. As an additional safety measure, heat meat strips in oven for 10 minutes at 275 degrees after dehydrating is complete.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound (453.6 grams) sliced lean beef
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
  1. Cut strips into 1/4 inch (6mm) thick slices.
  2. Blend ingredients and coat meat strips in sauce.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Place meat slices on dehydrator trays and dry at 145-155°F (62-68°C) for 6-10 hours.
