view- 1 bunch broccoli, washed, chopped

- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours and drained

- 1 tbsp water

- Pour broccoli in a large-size bowl.
- Pour the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smooth mixture over the broccoli and stir properly to cover florets.
- Spread coated broccoli on a layer in the dehydrator. Dry at 105°F (41°C) for 12 hours or more until coated broccoli is dry and crispy.
- Store crispy broccoli in a zip lock or air-tight bag.
