With their tangy taste and exciting texture, these Dried Grapefruit Slices will make a great addition to your snacks. They are perfect for when you feel like a crunchy, tasty treat!

Ingredients
  • 3 fresh grapefruits

Instructions
  1. Wash grapefruits thoroughly. Cut grapefruits into 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick slices.
  2. Place sliced grapefruits on dehydrator tray. Set in a dehydrator and dry at 119°F to 135°F (48-57°C) for 5 to 12 hours or until they become brittle.
  3. Store dried grapefruit slices in an air tight bag or container

Note: Soak in water to get flavored water; use to dress salads and dishes; use to make potpourri or wreaths.
