Dehydrated Powdered Milk | Commercial Dehydrators

With just a few easy steps and some time, you can make this powdered milk at home. The powdered milk can be consumed in drinks, used as ingredients in desserts or even added to pancakes!

  • 1/2 gallon 1% milk

Instructions
  1. Line the dehydrator tray with parchment paper containers. Make paper containers by cutting parchment paper into a square; fold up all edges so they fold over themselves.
  2. Pour small milk in a thin layer on lined trays. Place in the dehydrator and dry at 135°F (57°C) for 10 hours or until milk forms a crackly sheet and has a yellowish color
  3. Transfer crispy milk sheet into a blender and process into smooth powder.
  4. Store in an air-tight container.
