- Peel garlic cloves and slice thinly (1-2 mm thick).
- Spread chopped garlic cloves on dehydrator trays lined with non-stick mats. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 130-150°F (55-65°C) until dry, crispy & brittle.
- Store in dried and crispy form; or blend into powder if desired.
