Dehydrated Butternut Squash | Commercial Dehydrators

Make crispy, healthy vege chips in your own home with this easy-to-use dehydrated butternut squash. Just add the seasoning of your choice and it’s done! Add chili powder, cumin, or salt to turn it into a delicious snack that kids will love too. It’s perfect for parties, BBQs and lunchbox snacks.

  1. Peel the butternut squash then cube or cut into strips.
  2. Cook in boiling water until tender, about 7-8 minutes. Drain.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 7-10 hours.
  5. Let cool then store in an airtight container.
