- Add cottage cheese, onion, tomato and spices to a blender; process into smooth puree.
- Scoop spoonfuls of mixture about 1 1/2 - 2 inch (3.8-5 cm) diameter on fruit roll sheets. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 145°F (63°C) for 4-6 hours or until mixture curls up on the sides like potato chips.
