Blueberry Oat Pancakes | Commercial Dehydrators

If you are on a raw or gluten-free diet, these pancakes prove you can still indulge in delicious breakfast foods! This recipe is not nut-based so it tastes a bit more like a regular pancake. You can substitute raspberries or strawberries if you prefer.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup flax seeds (whole)
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions
  1. Stir ingredients in a large bowl. Be careful not to break up blueberries.
  2. Set dehydrator to 140°F (60°C). Dehydrate for 1 hour, flip and dehydrate for 1-2 more hours at 115°F (46°C).
