Berry Choc Granola Bars | Commercial Dehydrators

These insanely delicious, wholesome granola bars are a must-try! Packed with nutrient-dense ingredients, they’re the perfect snack for the whole family. Plus, they’re super easy to make in your dehydrator.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Granola (300g)
  • 3-4 medium apples (400g)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice (60g)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips (100g)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (30g)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (25g)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Lightly toast sunflower seeds for 10 mins
  2. Coarsely grate apples and blend with the raspberries & cranberry juice to make a sauce
  3. Mix all ingredients together with the sauce and spread about 1 cm thick on a solid mat lined dehydrator tray
  4. Dehydrate at 57°C (135°F) for 11-15 hrs, flipping halfway through
  5. Slice into bars & enjoy
