Ingredients
  • 2 small-sized gala apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 1 date, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
  1. Pulse all ingredients into puree; pour on dehydrator solid fruit roll sheets.
  2. Set on dehydrator trays and dry at 135°F (57°C) for 4 - 8 hours, or until it becomes leathery. (Set heat below 110°F (43°C) to keep it "raw").
  3. When desired texture is achieved, remove from the sheets while warm. Allow to cool and store in a freezer or a dark, dry and cool place.
