- 2 tablespoons powdered dehydrated mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon store-bought powdered cream
- 1 tablespoon crushed dehydrated sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon powdered beef bouillon cube or Vegetable Stock Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons powdered dehydrated mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon store-bought powdered cream

- Combine all the ingredients. For short-term storage, place in a small ziptop plastic bag, pressing out all the air. For long-term storage (1 year or more), vacuum seal. To enjoy your soup, add 1 cup boiling water, stir, and let cool a bit.
