Instructions
  1. Wash and dry your lemons and slice into 1/4 inch (6 mm) slices.
  2. Evenly space your cut lemons onto a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for 18-36 hours.
  3. Store dry lemons in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
  4. If you want to make lemon powder then put your dry lemons into a blender and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
