Dehydrated Parsnip | Commercial Dehydrators

Need a healthy, pre-made snack to take on the go? These dehydrated parsnip chips are crunchy, flavorful and make a perfect snack. You'll also have a soup-ready vegetable that needs no prep!

Instructions
  1. Cut off both ends of each parsnip. Scrub using a kitchen scrubber and rinse with water.
  2. Slice with a sharp knife or mandolin.
  3. Place in a single layer on your dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 7-11 hours.
  4. When completely dehydrated, let cool then store in an airtight bag or mason jar.
