Dehydrated Mango | Commercial Dehydrators

Mangoes are great for snacking or using in salads, gelatins, cakes and smoothies. Or you can use this recipe to make some delicious fruit chips.

Instructions
  1. Peel the mango; then, from top to bottom, cut the flesh off the large, flat seed on both sides. Cut the large pieces into wedges, or thinly slice if making mango chips, or chop
  2. Lightly spray the mango with lemon juice or an ascorbic acid solution then spread on dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for 10-12 hours until dry, flexible and is able to tear easily
