Dehydrated Cauliflower | Commercial Dehydrators

Dehydrated Cauliflower is an addictive and healthy snack that you won’t be able to stop enjoying! This nutrient-rich vegetable can be seasoned with flavorful spices, to bring out its full potential. Perfect for at home or on the go.

Instructions
  1. Wash fresh cauliflower and slice into pieces, about 1/2 inch (12 mm) thick.
  2. You may choose to blanch for a few minutes in boiling water, but cauliflower still turns out well without blanching.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 8-12 hours.
  5. Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
  6. If you want to make cauliflower powder then place your dry cauliflower in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
