Dehydrated Asparagus | Commercial Dehydrators

This recipe is great for storing your asparagus for long periods of time.

Instructions
  • Cut asparagus into 3-4 inch pieces and blanch in boiling water for 4 minutes
  • Remove asparagus from boiling water and place in cold water to stop the cooking process
  • Place asparagus on your dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 140°F (60°C) for 4-6 hours until asparagus is dry and brittle. Asparagus can scorch easily toward the end of drying, so monitor more closely as drying nears completion.
