- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 pounds (900g) sliced lean meat
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- Cut strips into 1/4 inch (6mm) thick slices.
- Mix all ingredients and coat meat strips.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Place meat slices on dehydrator trays and dry at 145-155°F (63-68°C) for 6-10 hours.
