Banana Choc Roll Up | Commercial Dehydrators

Forget baking banana bread from scratch and instead create an indulgent treat with this simple recipe. Just 3 ingredients needed, and you can have it ready in no time.

  • 4 fresh bananas
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
  1. Mix bananas, cocoa and sugar together in a blender and blend into a smooth puree.
  2. Spread the puree on a tray in the dehydrator rack lined with parchment paper or the fruit leather screen.
  3. Dry at 130°F (55°C) for about 10 hours. Flip the leather to the other side when half way through; dry until completely dry without moist spots.
