  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 cup spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 large orange
  • 2 cups pureed strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
  1. Wash the orange and carrot, and then peel.
  2. Use a juicer to juice the carrot, orange and spinach.
  3. Pour juices, strawberry puree and honey into a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Spread mixture on dehydrator tray lined with teflex sheet. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 6 to 8 hours or until it becomes leathery.
