Tropical Dream Fruit Roll Up | Commercial Dehydrators

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mango
  • 2 cups pineapple

Instructions
  1. Blend the mango and pineapple in a blender until you have a smoothie like consistency.
  2. Spread the mixture out on a non-stick mat and place in your dehydrator for 6-8 hours at 104°F (40°C)
  3. Once the roll up is dry and peels off the mat easily then either cut, roll or rip and store in an airtight container with a moisture absorber.
