- 4 to 5 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Place the honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, and lemon zest in the tea apparatus of your choice. Pour in the boiling water and let steep for at least 20 minutes - the longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor. Reheat if necessary. Right before serving, stir in the honey.
