- Slice turkey into 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick strips.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over turkey strips. Cover turkey and refrigerate 4-6 hours.
- Place turkey slices on dehydrator trays and dry at 155°F (68°C) for 12-16 hours. Rotate trays occasionally to ensure consistent dehydration.
