  • 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs or ground oats
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
