Raw Crispy Broccoli Bites | Commercial Dehydrators

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch broccoli, washed, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
  1. Pour broccoli in a large-size bowl.
  2. Pour the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour smooth mixture over the broccoli and stir properly to cover florets.
  4. Spread coated broccoli on a layer in the dehydrator. Dry at 105°F (41°C) for 12 hours or more until coated broccoli is dry and crispy.
  5. Store crispy broccoli in a zip lock or air-tight bag.
