- Blend all of your ingredients in a blender until you reach a smoothie like consistency.
- Spread your mixture on a non-stick mat and place in your dehydrator for 6-8 hours at 104°F (40°C)
- When dry, peel the roll up off your mat and cut, roll or rip into rolls and store in an airtight jar with a moisture absorber.
