Moroccan Carrot Crunch | Commercial Dehydrators

These carrot chips have all the flavor and spice of Moroccan carrot salad. Enjoy them as an accompaniment to your favorite dip, such as humus and white bean dip.

  • 1 pound (450g) of carrots, peeled
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Instructions
  1. Wash, dry and thinly slice carrots.
  2. Mix together oil, honey, and seasonings.
  3. Place carrots onto dehydrator trays. Using a pastry brush, dab the mixture onto the carrot rounds.
  4. Dehydrate for 6-10 hours at 125°F (52°C) or until crisp.
