Honey Banana Walnut Chips | Commercial Dehydrators

These banana chips have an added crunch with the addition of walnuts. Reminiscent of a slice of banana bread, they will be your go-to snack when you are looking for a sweet dessert.

  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/4 pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey, diluted slightly with water
  • 1/2cup crushed walnuts

Instructions
  1. Dip banana slices into diluted honey. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
  2. Place bananas on dehydrator trays and dry at 135°F (57°C) for 2 hours. Then set the temperature at 115°C (46°C) and dehydrate for another 6-12 hours.
