Goji Berry Leather | Commercial Dehydrators

Goji berries are wildly popular for their many health benefits. These tiny berries are loaded with Vitamins B and C, beta carotene, iron and phytonutrients that are believed to combat harmful free radicals that damage cells. In this simple fruit leather, goji berries are the star.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried goji berries
  • 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions
  1. Place goji berries in 1 cup of water and let soak until they are rehydrated, about 1 hour.
  2. Pour berries, soaking water, applesauce and honey into the blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary.
  3. Spread onto dehydrator sheets and dry at 135°F (57°C) for 6-7 hours.
