view- 2 pounds (900g) thinly sliced beef
- 1 can of coke
- 7 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. red hot sauce
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 pounds (900g) thinly sliced beef
- 1 can of coke

- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat in a Ziplock bag and pour marinade over meat.
- Marinate meat in refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
- Lay meat on dehydrator sheets in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 155°F (68°C) for 6-8 hours.
