Dried Kiwi | Commercial Dehydrators

  • 3 Kiwi fruits, washed

Instructions
  1. Wash then use a paring knife to peel kiwi fruits. Cut into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  2. Store in a refrigerator overnight.
  3. Place on a dehydrator tray.  Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
