  1. Wash the leaves then pat dry using paper towels.
  2. Arrange, doubled up on dehydrator trays.
  3. Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for about 4 hours.
  4. After about 2 hours, spread out the leaves then cover with a mesh sheet.
