Dehydrated Shrimp | Commercial Dehydrators

Dehydrated shrimp is the perfect addition to all your Asian meals. In Thai soups, fish sauces and stir-fries, dried shrimp are a universal favorite. They have a pleasantly sweet aroma and mild taste that can be used in all kinds of recipes.

  • Medium sized frozen, precooked, peeled shrimp

Instructions
  1. Place the shrimps in the refrigerator to thaw, break off the tails then rinse.
  2. Slice each shrimp into about 4 to 5 pieces.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 145°F (63°C) for about 6 hours, or until hard.
