Instructions
  1. Wash the rose hips well removing any dirt or debris on the fruit
  2. Cut the rose hips in half and remove the seeds and hairs within the bulb
  3. Gently rinse the inside of the rose hips
  4. Place the hips on the dehydrator tray leaving room for proper circulation and dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours until the hips are dry, firm and brittle to touch
  5. Store in a jar with an oxygen absorber
