Instructions
  1. Peel the pears if you like then remove the core and slice.
  2. Make a mixture of equal parts of water and lemon juice. Toss the pear slices with this solution.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 7-16 hours.
