Dehydrated Green Beans | Commercial Dehydrators

Make you own crunchy bean/vege chips. Just add your favorite salt and you are good to go. Alternatively, you can make this into a powder to add into your homemade veg stock powders. The limit is your imagination.

Instructions
  1. Blanch your green beans in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and immediately submerge in ice water.
  2. Pat your beans dry and even space on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for 8-10 hours.
  3. Once completely dry store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.
  4. If you wish to make into a powder then place the dry beans in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
