Instructions
  1. Wash the cherries then remove stems and pits.
  2. Slice each in half then arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer, with cut side up.
  3. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 18-26 hours.
  4. Once dry store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
  5. If you want to make a cherry powder, place the dry cherries into a blender and blend until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
