Dehydrated celery is a versatile ingredient that can be added to salads, soups, stews and more. Or blend it to make celery powder.

Instructions
  1. Cut celery into 1/8 to 1/4 inch (3-6 mm) pieces then wash thoroughly.
  2. Place the celery pieces on dehydrator trays, ensuring they do not touch.
  3. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 4-10 hours until crispy-dry.
  4. Let the celery cool completely then transfer to glass jars and cover with lid.
  5. To make celery powder, blend in a high power blender.
