Great for use in teas and other recipes where you want to add a little apple flavor. You can also use this method for drying other fruit peels as well.

  1. Peel apples and evenly space the peels on your trays and dehydrate at 105°F (41°C) overnight until totally dry and stiff
  2. Grind into a powder and store in an airtight container
