  1. Stir the peas, pineapple, tarragon, water, and milk together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, cover, and simmer until the peas and pineapple are tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cornstarch until it thickens, then fold in the tuna. Let heat through and serve.
