Bold Beef Jerky | Commercial Dehydrators

The jerky in this recipe has intense flavors and bold ingredients. Only use dehydrators with temperature controls when dehydrating meat to make sure that meat is dehydrated to the proper temperature.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds (900g) sliced lean meat
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke

  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
Instructions
  1. Cut strips into 1/4 inch (6mm) thick slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients and coat meat strips.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Place meat slices on dehydrator trays and dry at 145-155°F (63-68°C) for 6-10 hours.
