Blueberry Chia Banana Leather | Commercial Dehydrators

This delicious Blueberry Chia Banana leather is the perfect combination to make this lunchbox snack a fan favorite

Ingredients
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 4 small ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 10 - 15 dates (pitted)

Instructions
  1. Wash the berries and bananas. Remove the stems and pits.
  2. Put  all  the  ingredients  in  a  food  processor  and blend until smooth.  
  3. Line  the  dehydrator  trays  with  parchment  paper and  spread  the  mix  thinly  and  evenly  on  the parchment paper.  
  4. Set  the  dehydrator  temperature  to  145°F (63°C)  and dehydrate for 6 - 8 hours or until leathery.  
  5. Allow cooling before removing from the dehydrator.
  6. Roll the leather tightly and cut into desired lengths with a sharp knife.  
  7. Wrap  the  pieces  using  saran  wrap  and  store  them in airtight containers.
