Berry Herbal Tea | Commercial Dehydrators

Make your own Berry Herbal Tea using this simple recipe. By controlling which fruit and herbs you can customize your tea to exactly how you like it.

Instructions
  1. Spread fruits, leaves and berries on a single layer on a dehydrator tray lined with sheet. Place in dehydrator and dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 8-18 hours until totally dry.
  2. Store in a glass jar or air-tight bag to prevent mold. If desired, mix tea ingredients together or store ingredient separately in different jars or bags.
  3. Use cups per ingredient if making small quantity of homemade tea. Leaves and berries will shrink once dried to have the quantity.
  4. To make tea: Pour 1/4 cup of each tea ingredient into a bowl or into coffee. Pour boiling water into the tea. Allow tea steep fully for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in a warmer to keep tea warm and enjoy.

Note: Sweeteners are not needed because most herbal teas are not bitter; add small amount of honey if desired.
